Gastronomia Fortunato

I had a delicious sandwich, well-deserved 5 stars. I had a Parma ham with prosciutto crudo, extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, arugula, and tomatoes: The ham was flavorful and salty just right, with fresh, slightly watery mozzarella. Moving on to the very tasty cherry tomatoes, the arugula was lovely and fresh, and I can say I could smell the truly excellent oil. If I could give more stars, I certainly would, and without hesitation, I was truly satisfied with the experience. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and yet polite. I will definitely do it again, and speaking of prices, they are very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone who reads this review to try this deli and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

We discovered this deli through Modugno Comicon, a pleasant surprise! The sandwiches are amazing and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The prices are more than fair, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The products are excellent, even the packaged ones. We're not local, but we'll be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Guys, a sandwich with porchetta or porcherotto, something fabulous, unique in Modugno, for the quality and innovation of good, authentic products. The cacio e pepe sauce is something inexplicable 🔝. Well done 👏🏻

Excellent recommendation for those who love fine cured meats and premium dairy products. I personally return whenever I have guests and want to offer them top-quality cured meats. Paolo and Angelica are highly knowledgeable and know how to accommodate individual needs. Highly recommended!
